Why does this exist?
WooferPro processed refunds within 24 hours from day one. Then Discord began banning our servers, sometimes over five times in a single day during the worst periods. Customers with open tickets thought we had scammed them and disappeared. Between 2023 and 2025, unforeseen circumstances made it impossible to access our accounts and infrastructure directly. The platform kept running, but oversight was lost and providers we relied on caused significant financial losses.
None of that changes the fact that refunds are owed. This portal exists so every affected customer can find their record, verify ownership, and claim what they are owed. There is no claim deadline.
