Why we built Woofer Files and what it means

What WooferPro Was

WooferPro was a software platform with an active community and a support operation run entirely through Discord. From the beginning, we took customer service seriously. Refunds were processed in under 24 hours, tickets were handled promptly, and the operation ran smoothly. Thousands of customers opened tickets, made purchases, and participated in the community over the life of the platform.

The Discord Bans

Starting in 2020, Discord began banning our servers. This was not something we initiated. Our users were not banned by us, and we did not shut down voluntarily. During the worst periods in 2020 and 2021, we were hit with over five bans in a single day. Many customers who had open tickets assumed we had scammed them and disappeared. That was not what happened. Getting servers back online was not simple. WooferPro ran extensive custom software and bots, and rebuilding that infrastructure after each ban required significant time and effort. We eventually built systems to recover faster, but the damage to customer trust had already been done. Some customers never came back to check, and their tickets went unresolved through no fault of their own.

2023 to 2025: The Silence

Between 2023 and 2025, we became extremely inactive due to unforeseen life circumstances that made it impossible to access our accounts, servers, or hardware. The platform continued running. Tickets were still being answered and refunds were still being processed by the team. But without oversight, things went wrong. During this period, providers we relied on scammed us repeatedly, causing significant financial losses. Funds meant for customer refunds were lost multiple times. We had to find ways to make those customers whole, but that required time we did not have while simultaneously unable to publicly address the situation. We could not pause operations and make a public statement because the platform still worked and still had active users. But the rework it needed, the one that would fix these problems permanently, was long overdue. That rework is now finally coming to a close.

Why This Portal Exists

We built Woofer Files because we believe outstanding obligations do not disappear with time. Every support ticket from every customer who ever interacted with WooferPro via Discord has been archived, redacted for privacy, and made publicly searchable. This is not a legal requirement. No one compelled us to do this. We chose to because it is the right thing to do. If someone is owed a refund, they deserve a clear path to claim it, not silence and a dead support channel.

Our Ethical Position

We hold a simple position: a debt does not expire because the creditor stops asking. The person owed money is not responsible for chasing it. The person who owes it is responsible for making it right. Proactively, transparently, and without a deadline. That is why there is no claim deadline on this portal. If a refund is owed, it will be honored regardless of when the claim is submitted. If a claimant cannot be reached after sincere effort, their refund amount is set aside and held. It is never absorbed back. This is not charity or generosity. It is accountability.

How It Works

Every ticket in this archive has been fully redacted. All personal information has been replaced with [REDACTED] to protect privacy. The archive is browsable by anyone. To claim a refund, you search for your own ticket using your Discord username or email, note the Ticket ID, and email us at [email protected] with verification details. We cross-reference your claim against our private backend records (which are never publicly exposed) and confirm or deny via email. Upon verification, you receive written acknowledgment of your refund and a complimentary top-tier WooferPro subscription while the refund is processed.

What Comes Next

This portal is the first step in the WooferPro comeback. The full platform is being rebuilt, and we are resolving every past obligation before asking anyone to trust us again. We chose to sequence it this way deliberately. Actions before words. Make people whole before asking them to come back. The portal is not just about the past. It is the foundation of what comes next.
