How to use the Woofer Files portal
Getting Started
Woofer Files is a search portal for redacted support ticket transcripts. Use the search bar on the home page to find tickets by various criteria. All personal information in tickets has been anonymized.
Search Types
Ticket Number
Enter a ticket number directly (e.g., "1234") or with a prefix (e.g., "#1234", "ticket-1234"). This will find the exact ticket.
Email Address
Enter a full or partial email address (e.g., "[email protected]"). The system searches across all messages in ticket transcripts.
Discord Username
Enter a Discord username (e.g., "cooluser123"). The search matches against participant names in tickets.
Discord ID
Enter a numeric Discord ID (17-20 digits, e.g., "123456789012345678"). This searches for the exact user ID.
License Key
Enter a license key in the standard format (e.g., "XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX"). Searches across all ticket messages.
Browsing Tickets
Click on a server card on the home page to browse all tickets from that server. Results are paginated with 50 tickets per page. Click any ticket in the results to view the full redacted transcript.
Understanding Redaction
Tickets are displayed with all personal information replaced by anonymous labels: • Customer names → CUSTOMER-1, CUSTOMER-2, etc. • Staff names → STAFF-1, STAFF-2, etc. • Email addresses → EMAIL-1, EMAIL-2, etc. • Discord IDs → DISCORD-ID-1, DISCORD-ID-2, etc. • License keys → LICENSE-1, LICENSE-2, etc. • Other sensitive data → REDACTED The numbering is consistent within each ticket, so "CUSTOMER-1" always refers to the same person throughout a single transcript.
Viewing Tickets
Each ticket page shows the full redacted transcript in its original Discord format, including message timestamps, user roles (customer, staff, bot), and any embeds or attachments references. Use the back button or the navigation bar to return to search results.
Tips
• Search is case-insensitive — "John" and "john" return the same results. • The search type is automatically detected based on your input format. • Use the server cards to filter results to a specific Discord server. • Pagination shows 50 results per page — use the Prev/Next buttons to navigate.
