How to Submit a Refund Claim
Follow these steps to locate your ticket and submit a claim via email
Search the Archive
Go to the Archive page and search using your Discord username or the email address you used when purchasing from WooferPro. The system will surface any tickets associated with your account.
Locate Your Ticket
Review the search results and identify the ticket that corresponds to your purchase or support interaction. Note the Ticket ID, as you will need this for your claim email.
Compose Your Claim Email
Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- •Your full name
- •The Ticket ID you are claiming
- •Email address used at time of purchase
- •Discord username at time of purchase
- •Proof of purchase (payment receipt, order confirmation, or transaction reference)
Send and Wait
Send the email and expect a response within a reasonable timeframe. We review every claim manually against our backend records, so please allow time for thorough verification.
Verification
We cross-check your submitted details against the unredacted version of the ticket stored in our private backend. If everything matches, your claim is verified. If something does not match, we will let you know what additional information is needed.
Confirmation & Subscription
Upon verification, you receive written acknowledgment of your refund amount via email. Your complimentary top-tier WooferPro subscription is activated immediately at no cost, giving you full platform access while you wait.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed progressively based on budget availability. You will be kept informed by email throughout the process. There is no deadline. Your refund will be honored regardless of processing timeline.
Cannot find your ticket?
If your search returns no results, email us at [email protected] with whatever information you have, including approximate dates, transaction amounts, payment references, or any other context. We will do our best to locate your record manually.
